Hello, so I was talking in the discord server and then Rexa told me "Ah look, it's my favorite guy: chillfish" and then we were talking about stuff. So the topic of french came up and another user keeps telling me "J'aime manger du pain au chocolat" which means he likes chocolate bread, then I told him that I didn't like chocolate bread and stuff, the next thing happens is that Rexa typed "Oui", the chocolate bread guy sent "oui'd" and then I said "wi". That is the final things said before I was muted for 60 minutes, the bot told me I was banned for continuing to say french words after multiple warnings but I promise you, if you look for the chatlog, nobody warned me of anything or told me to stop. For the mute is temporary, I didn't thought much and watched Youtube, and then just 2 minutes later I got banned for being a "troll". Seriously! I think this is too harsh for me saying the word "oui" and other french words, yes I believe I have done a wrong thing but I don't deserve a ban! A 60 minutes mute is acceptable but this is definitely too harsh, I love this server, please consider my appeal.

Notes: i got band today and i am not saying that i didn't do anything but my point is that people in the server used to say the word 'Gay' as a funny thing (in a way of not making fun of any homo) and i was doing the same and just to let you know i am gay for real!! and i got band for this, when i speak by that word people were laughing coz it was the nature from what i see in the server and i was just doing the same, and about trolling i didn't use an aggrisve bad word i was shocked when i got band just cuz i was saying i am gay!!! or making fun that i am from the moon? and even if i did say some word it was replying for nasty people who were insulting me and calling me a RAT some of the moderator for sure hate me they even muted me cuz i was singing in the karaoke channel and i didn't even talk to the owner respecting the rules. plz i can't even stay for more than day you can permanently if i returent with even the same mistake or even if i said 'gay'

Notes: It was today, Me with my Arabic friends have changed our nicknames to " The name Spirit " , and we put the same profile picture " Someone on a horse ", we were 5 - 7, we joined a channel without even speaking When someone said " THEY ARE ARABS , I HATE ARABS , I WILL LEAVE , YOU CANT SPEAK ARABIC HERE , I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE ADMINS ", we didn't even speak Arabic tho , and we didn't want to raid or do something bad , we just wanted to have fun , then we got all banned!

Notes: I'm pretty sure you still remember that situation as it wasn't that long ago, exactly a week ago to be precise. I just want to say that after my first infraction I stopped insulting/baiting people, I had a normal conversation and got muted for a week for something, that even a few mods said wasn't worth a mute. Then one of staff members decided to unmute me and I got banned by someone else, I mean it wasn't my fault that I got unmuted, right? I was just explaining that shouldn't have gotten muted in the first place. I hope you understand my point of view, l've enjoyed this server, it has helped me a lot in a short time.

Hello, I've been banned about an 3-4 month and i missed the server a lot because i am feeling lack of speaking.
Because of that i created an another account 1-2 month later then i keep wander in the server for a while without messing any trouble.
I do not make any unproper movement with that account name of the account was the (justincase) then i see the server was changed i mean the server wanted from me phone number and verification and stuff like that, then i enter my phone number with the verify code then pouf what a great defense system you guys have because with my 5 iq movement my account get banned also then i wasn't able to hangout server anymore. For open my old account i must have to delete my backup account and i did it. From so far that was so terrible story i didn't even tell you guys why did i get banned. That's a funny story tho. I received lot's of warned i know i cannot lie about that but all the warning was right because i did thing because i want do it. I love having fun with my friend and i might have a little dark humor. But all the warnings i get i was with my friends i love doing different accent and i am good at it but people can get hurt i know in my backup account like i said i hangout more than 1 month and i never received warnings once because i was having fun without makings creepy jokes so guys. I would like to appeal for the account AlligatorTheGreat#9401 (known as L'GreatAlligator). I've been at server about 3 months, the initial two with from various of accounts (20+), after a while of getting banned from evasion I thought I should end it, so I choose my original (main) discord account (old about 3 years+) and was in the server (without a single infraction) for like 1+0.5 months. I tried to be as helpful as I can, as nice as I can and get good with people, and I believe that I achieved that. I sent over like thousand messages, and welcomed new people (was welcomer) and bumped the server over 100 times (was also a bumper). I apologize for my past behavior and would like to get appealed for good.

Your warning and ban happened 2 days apart, which means you kept going with your behaviour in a way that resulted a ban instead of another infraction, you will remain banned.
