Ban Appeals

Ban reason: I don't know. Suddenly, I cannot open english server again.
I understand that if I receive another infraction after my unban, I may be banned again permanently with no chance of appeal.
Notes: there's 
sign in english server appearance in my phone. And it's near dm box, i guess that's why i cannot join the english server anymore. Can you guys fix it? :"
