I am not homophobic and I never said anything homophobic. But on another server I got muted for 48 hours for it, I think Discordia was there too. Either way, I'm not going to defend what happened on the other server. Let's say I had an accident and I did say homophobic statements, a bad joke maybe. Certainly, I shouldn't be banned here for that reason. Ever since I joined this server, I was more careful, becuase I already knew that even stuff that isn't homophobic but looks like it may get you muted.
But Discordia saw me, my name reminded them of what happened with the other server and decided to ban me. And they dared to call me homophobic.
So many things are wrong, but certainly, you cannot ban me for stuff I did on other server. It's against the rules. What I did on the other server it's up to them, not yourselves here.
