Banned for misunderstanding

A few hours ago I was banned from the server due to a misunderstanding. I told my friend Pixy that I thought she was a girl because she wasn't a man. They had called her several times by the name of a girl. she was also very upset and angry with me, but I did nothing to her. Actually I always helped. When she said she was afraid of the bridges, I looked for a solution for her, but again she got angry and insulted me. Repeatedly. I never insulted her and was banned. I will never mess with Pixy again. Please lift my ban. I want to practice on voice channels.
