I understand that if I receive another infraction after my unban, I may be banned again permanently with no chance of appeal.

I'm telling the full story.
I left the server because of bad mood, and then after an hour (plus/minus) I rejoined the server once I felt better (there is no rule that I can't leave or rejoin server). Then Discordia muted me and told me that I'm banned, I asked what is the reason. She told me that I received message with reason, although there is no message with ban, I sent her the image with my conversations with helper, you can check messages between helper and me and assure that I'm telling the truth. Then she told me that I'm banned because I was evading ban or mute by using some other accounts (as far as I can remember she told me that I was in the server from the other account at 6th March or something), although I don't have other accounts at all, and I did nothing to get muted or banned in the first place.
